Best to take from 34 weeks gestation, the dose is slowly increased over the following weeks as outlined below and on the bottle.
Measure your dose out in a small medicine measuring cup or use a measuring spoon and add water to take.

Black Cohosh, Crampbark, Motherwort, Raspberry leaf and Withania
Dose:
34wks 2.5ml daily
36wks 2.5ml twice daily
38wks onwards 4ml 3 x daily
