This informative study day will give you an introduction to the safe and effective use of herbal remedies during the childbearing year
Learn how to prepare and use water-based teas, infusions and tinctures to help relieve symptoms of some common conditions of pregnancy
To recognise some of the commonly used herbal remedies for pregnancy, childbirth and lactation and the benefits they have
To have a basic knowledge of the appropriate and safe use of herbal remedies during different times of pregnancy
To be able to identify some of the therapeutic actions of the herbs
To have more confidence in using and recommending herbal remedies
You will also have the opportunity to make a herbal item to take home
