Gentle and effective
Linda
I offer this at 36 weeks alongside advice to begin taking raspberry leaf tea four cups a day. I have seen great results in those who follow this advice. Shorter active labour in firs time mums because of cervical ripening and effective contractions. Highly recommend

Would definitely recommend the labour pain ease, labour tincture and the birthing prep drops I used both the labour pain and labour tincture while being in labour and they really eased the pain when contractions were happening. I also took the birthing prep at 38 weeks and it worked really well. Loved them, would not regret buying them
