Herbal Sitz Bath

Contains Plantain, Kawakawa, Comfrey and Calendula petals
Infuse 2 teaspoons in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes, strain the herbs and can be used in a peri or spray bottle to cleanse and aid healing of perineal tears
Can also be poured onto pads, frozen and applied directly
